The location was great and stunning, not too far away from a karst cave. Plus, it was just off a' 5 star' establishment and never ending nature trails. Apartment was quiet and inviting👍👌

Great location, clean room, beautiful garden, good communication, useful facilities, nice balcony, friendly staff, comfortable furniture.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The room was enormous with separate lounge, bedroom and kitchen fitted with washing machine and dryer - all beautifully clean and in excellent condition. There was a good sized balcony overlooking a beautifully kept garden. The beach was about 15 minutes away via a path through the gardens. Dinner was in a separate building which was the old hotel. .
The food was good but not spectacular and the serving staff seemed a little stretched when we were there which may be why they were not particularly friendly.

It was in the heart of the Margaret River wine region, great spot, don't forget to visit the caves

The location was magnificent as a national park and a cinema were next door to the hotel. I had beautifully presented and well-kept room with facilities to cook breakfast.
Nothing that i didn't like!

The spacious living area, separate bedroom, and bathroom provided plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The beautiful outlook over the garden area was a pleasant sight to wake up to.- The hotel's proximity to the beach made it convenient for enjoying beach activities.
It would have been nice to have more dining options within walking distance during the stay.

The room was very nicely laid out and very spacious and the furnishings very tasteful & modern.
Just the shower, it was too small and the water pressure was low. The shower recess could have been designed better.

The hotel was lively, EXCEPTIONAL services provided, beautiful location close to nature. We didn't have time, but we would book again.
Well, the views were pretty average here.

Savoury food, overall good old and relaxing place.
best possible location in the gorgeous area, near to beautiful gardens with the iconic caves house pub, and the reef. functional, beautifully maintained room with a separate bathroom and a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower. early check-in, late check-out.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, nestled along the stunning coastline of Southwest WA. We loved being able to explore the nearby wineries and take leisurely walks along the beach. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and offered tours and ticket assistance, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Our room was superbly equipped with modern amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The cozy sitting area and patio provided the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Units good and location to caves house great.
A breakfast pack could be available to purchase. Free wifi should be included in the rate. Tv also in bedroom. Meal discounts at caves hotel would have been nice

Myself and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay, Everything was so clean and our room was lovely, The only thing I could say negative was upon. Checking in The lady at the desk( who was not Australian) was quite Sour faced, abrupt and rude.....and tried to charge us extra!!! But upon checking out, we were greeted by a different young, friendly girl who wished us a safe trip home....;-) very nice in comparison to our initial greeting, over all I would give my stay 9/10;-) and would recommend it to any couple planning a relaxing Wknd break away!!! Just ignore the grumpy old lady that may be at The desk!!! Lol ;-)

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel on the pristine coastline of SW WA, in a great region of South West WA. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with prices that were very reasonable. The attention to detail was impressive, especially the basic amenities provided in the rooms. I particularly loved the private balcony overlooking lovely gardens and the beautiful views of bushland from a big balcony. The rooms were comfortable, with a king-size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great start to the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to improve.
